When Salesforce introduced Agentforce, the reactions were mixed. Some saw it as the next big thing in AI, while others wondered if it was just another buzzword.
A year and a half later, the picture is much clearer.
Agentforce isn't about replacing people. It's about enabling AI agents to handle routine customer interactions, access CRM data, complete actions, and know when it's time to hand the conversation over to a human.
In our experience, the biggest challenge isn't the AI itself-it's having the right foundation. Whether it's clean CRM data, well-designed Service Cloud processes, or the right CTI integrations, we've seen that these are the factors that determine whether an AI initiative succeeds or struggles.
For organizations already using Salesforce Service Cloud, that's a real advantage. Agentforce builds on the CRM, workflows, and permissions you already have instead of introducing another disconnected AI platform.
We're still early in the journey, but it's becoming clear that the organizations investing in strong foundations today will be the ones that get the most value from AI tomorrow.
