comways has one of the largest teams in Europe with specific focus in integration of Contact Centre solutions; the team is composed of senior professionals with vast experience in related technologies and strategies.
HR & Admin Manager
Yasmine has over 20 years of experience in mid-size companies. After obtaining a degree in Business Management, she joined a fast-growing telecom company where she setup the customer care unit including staff hiring and coaching. In the following years she gained valuable experience in hands-on management positions and continued developing her people oriented skills. As of Jan 2021, Yasmine is leading the HR & Admin unit from comways office in Antwerp but stays in regular contacts with her international colleagues.
Eddy has 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. Starting his career as infrastructure architect and project manager, prior to joining comways. He then worked for 15 years as infrastructure and IT manager for a leading European consumers organization. He was involved in numerous projects, transforming the company to a ‘digital first’ organization. Eddy is knowledgeable in Enterprise Architecture, Agile and Waterfall delivery, and in IT/Business alignment. Eddy joined comways in Jan 2020 and is in charge of the overall business running and operations. He holds a PhD in Physics on Unsupervised Learning in Neural Networks.
Finance Unit Manager
Maria has over 7 years of experience in finance and accounting. She joined comways in 2015 after completing her master’s degree in Financial Management in the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Lately she was promoted to lead the financial unit of comways, based in Sofia. From there she manages the overall financial operations of comways including regular contact with our international external accountants.
Support & Infra Manager
Vasyl has over 10 years of experience in the design, implementation and support of contact center solutions. He holds Master’s degree in Radio Engineer from National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. Prior to joining comways Vasyl worked for major system integrators in Ukrainian contact center market participating in pre-sales, design, implementation and support of solutions based on Avaya and Altitude products. He is based in Sofia, Bulgaria where the Support and operations center of comways is located.
Solutions & Delivery Manager
Jorge has over 20 years of combined experience in the Telco, Contact Center and CRM arena. Out of them 5 years at Accenture in which he was involved in multiple technological projects. For 9 years prior joining comways, he held managerial positions in development and solutions management at TWW, worldwide leader in contact center services. Jorge holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Networks & Advanced Telecommunication Services. Jorge and his team are constantly busy with exploring innovative solutions and market trends, to better tailor them to organizations needs and integrate them seamlessly to their existing applications.
Customer Success Manager
Alejandro has over 15 years of international experience in the IT and Contact Center business and was involved in projects at EMEA & APAC regions. He served as BPO Specialist and Business Analyst for solutions related to contacts, processes and customers relations management. He also held positions of Developer, Team Leader and Project Management within TWW, worldwide leader for contact center services. He obtained a degree of Programmer Analyst.
David has over 30 years experience in Mobile Telecom and Contact Centre industries. He held key-positions in several organizations world-wide and gained profound knowledge of the international telecom business, and its trends in aspects of service, sales and operations. In Europe, David served as General Manager of Ring Ring in Brussels and prior to that he was VP of Customer Care at YES-DBS, leading operator of Telco/TV services, and this after holding several senior management roles in customer relations, marketing and products management within Motorola EMEA, where he was VP of Customer Care.
